Our present joy

Even in my darkest hours, I am provided with little rays of sunshine.

And that smile has softened my heart, focused my thoughts, warmed my soul and reminded me that we grieve because we love. We love so very much, and that is not gone from our hearts.

What a gift! Thank God for him. The other kids ar disctractions and sweet and fun, but somehow a baby is different. they don’t have anything to offer but themselves. Praying for you always…

He is a joy – what a blessing. I’ve always said nothing is better than a baby’s smile & laugh. (And Micah is pretty cute!!) So glad you are able to continue to breastfeed and that it helps your grief. I am blessed this year to be pumping extra milk for a premie girl born a few weeks after my son. Her twin brother only lived 13 days and due to the stress of the early delivery and his struggles the mother never had a full milk supply.
